3. We will gather the payment info, billing address, apart from some other information vital to further proceed a donation or an event registration.

Donation Acknowledgment Policy (Delivery Policy)

Donors will get a formal acknowledgment of the donations in terms of proper receipt via email, SMS, and WhatsApp Terms and Conditions If we ever make any changes to our donor's privacy policy, we will straightforwardly post any changes on our website so that you are always up-to-date regarding the information that we collect and how do we utilize it.

Refund & Category Change Policy

After donating, donors can request refunds if they think that the donation amount was transferred by mistake under following conditions.

a-If the donated amount is lying unspent in HLWT account.
b-If the refund request has been received in same financial year.
c-Donor will have to provide personal details like Mailing Address, CNIC/ Passport Number, Telephone/ Mobile phone number, Bank Account details.
d-The case for return of disputed amount, if agreed by competent authority, will be forwarded to concerned bank for return to the donor through proper channel.

Moreover, donation amount once transferred in any category (Islamic Microfinance, Education Services, Community development program, Families Support Program, and Health Services etc.) will not be transferable in any other category. All donation categories are fully explained and donors are free to contact us to get more info about our programs.
